📄Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Arrow Flow (“the app”, “we”) handles information when you play the game on iOS or Android. Arrow Flow is designed to work without accounts, without registration, and without sending your personal data to us.

Effective date: August 29, 2026.

🚫Data we do NOT collect

The app does not ask for, collect, or store on any server:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or contacts
  • Your precise location
  • Photos, files, camera, or microphone data
  • Any account credentials — there are no accounts

Arrow Flow also contains no third-party analytics SDK (no Firebase Analytics, no Facebook SDK, and similar).

💾Data stored on your device only

To make the game work, the app saves the following locally on your device: level progress and stars, coins and inventory (hints, undos), settings (sound, theme, language), unlocked cosmetics, and daily streaks.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export a backup file yourself. Deleting the app deletes this data.

📺Advertising (Google AdMob)

Arrow Flow shows ads through Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and optional reward videos). To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process device information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / AAID on Android), IP address, and general device data. This processing is governed by Google's own policies:

Your choices:

  • The app never requests iOS tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency), so your device’s advertising identifier is never used — ads are always served in non-personalized form.
  • You can limit personalized ads system-wide in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
  • You can permanently remove interstitial and banner ads with the one-time “Remove Ads” purchase. Reward videos remain available but are always optional and never required to play.

💳In-app purchases

Optional purchases (coin packs, “Remove Ads”, “All Themes”) are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment information. Receipts and restore functionality are managed by the store; you can restore non-consumable purchases at any time from the in-game shop.

🏆Game Center / Play Games

If you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games for achievements and leaderboards, that sign-in and the data shown there are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. Signing in is optional; the game is fully playable without it.

🔔Notifications

The app can show local reminders (for example, a daily puzzle reminder). These are scheduled on your device only, require your permission, involve no server, and can be turned off at any time in the app settings or system settings.

🧒Children's privacy

Arrow Flow is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. The app itself collects no personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through a third-party service connected to the app, please contact us and we will help address it.

🔐Security & data retention

Because your game data is stored only on your device, you are in full control of it: deleting the app removes all game data. We operate no servers and therefore retain nothing.

🔄Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data (for example, adding a new ad network), we will update this page and the effective date above before the change ships.
