2. Information we collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information. The app has no accounts, no login, and no server of ours.
Your game progress, settings, purchases state and any content you create are stored only on your device.
3. Third-party services
The app uses the following services, which may collect data under their own policies:
- Google AdMob — serves advertising and may process device identifiers and usage data. See the Google Privacy & Terms.
- Apple App Store / StoreKit and Google Play Billing — process purchases. We never see or store your payment details.
If you buy the ad-free option, advertising SDK calls stop being made. Rewarded ads are optional — you decide when to watch one.
4. Permissions
- No special permissions — the app does not access your photos, camera, microphone, contacts or location.
- Sharing — when you share a fall clip, an image or a ghost code, the file is created on your device and handed to the share sheet you choose. We never upload it.
- Network — used for advertising and purchase verification only. The app is fully playable offline.
5. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to a third-party service through the app, contact us and we will help you address it with that provider.
6. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete on our side. You remain in control of the data on your device:
- Reset progress: Settings → Data → Reset progress.
- Export a backup file: Settings → Data → Backup.
- Delete everything: uninstall the app.
For advertising choices, use your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
7. Data security
Data never leaves your device through us, so there is no server database to breach. Local files are stored in the app's private container managed by the operating system.
8. International users
We comply with GDPR (EU/EEA/UK) and CCPA (California). Where consent is required for personalised advertising, a consent dialog is shown before ads are personalised and you may change your choice later in Settings.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app's release notes.
