1. Acceptance
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes.
3. Purchases
The app offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are one-time payments and do not auto-renew. Prices are shown in your local currency by the platform store.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by them under their own policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. Non-consumable purchases can be restored at any time with Restore Purchases.
4. Flies, Frog Eggs and virtual items
Flies are a virtual item used only inside the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person or device.
Flies bought with real money are a consumable purchase: once added to your balance they are not returned by Restore Purchases and do not follow you to a new device. Unused flies are lost if you delete the app.
Frog Eggs give a random cosmetic item. The exact drop rates are always shown in the app before you open an egg. Cosmetic items only change how things look and never affect gameplay.
Flies can also be earned by playing or by watching a rewarded advertisement. Watching is always optional.
5. Ghost codes and shared content
The app lets you share ghost codes of your own climbs. Shared codes travel directly between users; we do not host or moderate them. Do not use shared content to harass others or to infringe anyone's rights.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app; circumvent purchases or advertising; use automated tools to interact with the app; or redistribute the app or its assets.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its code, artwork, sounds, level generation systems and branding are owned by the developer and protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
These Terms remain in force while you use the app. You may end them at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend the licence if you breach these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
